The hotel was in a perfect and nice position adjacent to local cafés which were cheaper. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the venue. The room was well-appointed with an absolutely breathtaking view of the SHIVAPURI National park...
No issues.

During my stay at the beautiful 5-star hotel in Nepal, I was impressed by the attentive and welcoming service from the staff. From the moment I arrived, they made sure that all my needs were met and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The hotel's owner and Sneha, the reservation manager, even kept in touch with me throughout my trip to ensure my well-being and comfort. The hotel itself was well-built and had minimal damage from the earthquake. Despite the challenging circumstances, the staff remained dedicated and supportive, providing us with limited but delicious meals and helping us to arrange flights out of Nepal. The hotel's location was also safe and secure. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and the caring nature of its staff.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel nestled in the mountains. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, offering us fresh mango juice upon arrival. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and were impressed by the variety of options available. The hotel's rooftop infinity pool provided a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The knowledgeable staff helped us arrange our local sightseeing and even packed a delicious breakfast for our trip. This hotel truly exemplifies 5-star hospitality, with a dedication to guest satisfaction for over three decades.
One minor drawback was the lack of a menu in the room for room service.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape and we couldn't thank the staff enough for their exceptional service. They were very friendly and accommodating and we loved the complementary welcome drinks and snacks. The hotel's location was perfect for us, away from the crowded city center and close to peaceful attractions. Another great advantage was the rooftop terrace with stunning views, where we enjoyed a lovely candlelight dinner.
The only downside was the room size, which felt a bit cramped for us. We also had some trouble with the air conditioning, but the staff quickly offered us a fan as an alternative.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Nepal and had an amazing experience. This place is located in a great area, close to the embassy district and tourist spots. It's also not too far from the airport, which was convenient. The service here is top-notch, from the guards to the receptionist and restaurant staff. They provided excellent service, from giving directions to arranging airport transfers. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a safe. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel also has a pool area with fantastic rooftop views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with various shops and a popular supermarket within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated in traditional Nepalese style. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful variety of food, including delicious Nepalese dishes. The highlight was definitely the rooftop lounge and infinity pool, offering breathtaking views of the city and snow-capped mountains.
One downside was that the staff at the hotel weren't as friendly as we expected, in comparison to the renowned hospitality of Nepal.

The hotel has a generator, so I didn't have to worry about electricity breakdowns. The staff were friendly and the WiFi signal was strong throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here for a memorable experience.
